A vast majority who participated in a Minnesota survey report at least mild health benefits of medical marijuana.
When asked whether they had experienced “no to little,” “mild to moderate,” or “significant” benefits from the drug, 66 percent of patients responding to the Minnesota Department of Health survey reported “significant” benefits. Another 24 percent reported “mild or moderate” benefits.
The state sent the survey to 435 patients who made their first purchases during the first three months of the state’s medical marijuana program; just over half of the patients responded.
